Andy Posted January 9, 2015 Share Posted January 9, 2015 Hi All,I have just bought a HC1000 from eBay, it works great but the fan is to noisy, the HC is in a cupboard behind the TV which also backs onto another room. ILoveC4 Posted January 12, 2015 Share Posted January 12, 2015 Mine is in a rack, in the basement with tons of other devices with fans so I have no idea how loud that one component is. What I do know is that there is really no reason to have it mounted behind your TV. You can put it anywhere that has a network cable and power outlet.
