jesh
Hi all,During a recent update, one of the mini touch screens has failed an update. We can no longer ping or identify the device... It is stuck on the white 'Control 4' Please wait... screen with the cursor on bottom left. It then reboots (screen goes black), and loops like this. Does anybody have any ideas on how we can recover this screen? Thanks!Greg
RyanE
Yes, your dealer can use a USB Recovery stick tool, which will restore it to 1.3.2.438.RyanE
jesh
Hard reset (e.g. holding down knob 1+min until we get the reset screen) won't work?
neil12011
no, it won't.

thecodeman
Looks like he RMA'd the device with his dealer, though he didn't say if anything else worked.
