Duties will include:1. Assisting the Business Development team with quality assurance on the design of the Home and Office Automation system equipment2. Ensuring quality control is maintained during the installation and commissioning of advanced Home and Office Automation systems3. Lead the service activity of reactive or proactive maintenance of Home and Office Automation systems4. Network design, termination and programming5. Completing integration works with 3rd party security, audio, shades, AC systems etc6. Performing system commissioning and client demonstrations7. Troubleshooting Home and Office Automation systems8. Executing routine inspections and maintenance on Home and Office Automation systems9. Strive to achieve the completion and delivery of projects to the customer’s satisfaction and in accordance with labour, equipment and timescales provided in sales & maintenance contracts.
