Lambaster Posted May 28, 2008 Share Posted May 28, 2008 I have a C4 system throughout my home. In my movie room the thermostat showed battery running low. I bought a new battery and put it back on the wall after installing it. Now I cannot control the AC at all and the navigation through my TV doesnt control it either. Its very hot and I need help getting it running again. It used to have a backlight running when it got late and now thats not showing either.I had someone install this system and cant get in touch with them till tomorrow and its very warm in here right now.I thought I would also mention that it is still showing the BATT symbol and now has a swirling fan icon in the right corner of the screen.Thanks,Lambaster Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

slemay Posted May 28, 2008 Share Posted May 28, 2008 Battery symbol means it's running on battery, not that the battery is low. I believe it flashes when the battery is low. But when it's on solid it means the thermostat is NOT using low voltage / power stealing, instead it's running off battery. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
