I have never shipped anything internationally so I have no idea how much that would cost and how much of a pain it would be. Maybe someone will chime in who has experience shipping internationally. Judging by this language: Importation of radio and telecommunications equipment (equipment like radio remote controls or other wireless systems including walkie-talkies, remote controls, and wireless telephones) is prohibited without the authorization of the Norwegian Telecommunication Regulatory Authority, I'd probably say I will not ship internationally.
