How do I hide these in composer?

Go to SYSTEM DESIGN

Select the room. 

Go to NAVIGATOR tab

Select THERMOSTATS or MOTORS/SENSORS

Modify and Hide the Thermostat or Security.

Thanks both. I could not figure out security was in motors.

Also, Comfort still shows the wakeup agent in every room?  Is that just the way that is.

Unfortunately it is the way it is for wakeup. If you remove the wakeup agent from the project it will go away*(if you aren't using it)
