NAS Drive

Customer has a NAS drive ... Western Digital. ... I was able to uncover the name, password but the path does not work and it does t work without a path.  With the path it acts like it is connecting with a progress bar but stops and stares it cannot find.  This client moved here from another state and the C4 dealer had it on his system.   I am trying to put this on a EA 3.   None of the KB articles are solving the issue.   Any help would be appreciated.

You MUST have a username and password (and fill in the workgroup - if there is none, use WORKGROUP, you cannot have a NAS folder without it. Also note that if you're using the share name, that it will be cap sensitive. Best to set a static or reserved IP and use it if in doubt.
