Driver Level 1 Tech Support

Looking for an individual that wants to work in the exciting field of driver development. Currently, Cinegration is looking for a full time Level 1 Tech Support and Driver Tester. Job duties will include: 

:: Answer phone and help with Level 1 service call related items on drivers. 
:: Answer email tech support calls and delegate or handle accordingly. 
:: Test Drivers for certification compliance and report back to development team on issues 

:: Create 'how-to' YouTube installation videos for drivers and write documentation on installation/setup 


Salary: $18-22 an hour depending on experience. Full Time. We provide health insurance, IRA, driver sales bonus, sick/holiday pay, Cell Phone, Laptop. Position requires individual to live in Colorado and work at our main office.
