Viperman
I did a search for vacation mode in the forums, just kind of wanted to start with that before someone says do a search for it. Lots of good information, and tons of links that don't work any more. Are there some good instructions for vacation mode. I just want to shut off all the internal lights completely, have the outdoor lights come on to the regular schedule, and change the thermostats. Don't care about mimicking what I normally do during the day. I just want to shut everything off.
ichbinbose
So create a custom button that turns the inside stuff off and adjusts the tsat Your outside lighting would continue as usual if it's already on a schedule Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Viperman
That is what I would like to do, just not sure how to do it.
sonic30101
What does your scheduler event look like currently that turns your outdoor lights on? 1. make an all interior off scene 2. make a vacation mode variable 3. custom buttons/experience button to turn vacation on/off 4. edit the programing for the current outdoor light schedule to: Keep current exterior light programing the same and under that if vacation mode is on >activate all interior off scene >change thermostats to vacation mode or do whatever you want with the setpoints

Then you can see whether vacation mode is on or off...
Matt Lowe
OR use the mockupancy as your vacation button and just have it ready to go in case you ever do want to use its features.
