Elvis
It would be nice if I plugged my ear phones into my phone that I could hear what was playing in the room I have selected in the C4 app. Turning up the volume on the TV loud enough to hear on the treadmill blasts the rest of the house. When I want to finish a movie after my wife goes to bed, it would be nice to listen with headphones.

Control4 has no technical way to make this work
sonic30101
logistically every source would have to have a way to be routed into an input of a controller for encoding but that would likely make a matrix to matrix nightmare in routing on the c4 side as well as an audio delay. You could do wireless headphones on a zone of your audio matrix though
lippavisual
Can easily be solved if enough wiring is in place and you buy separate base stations and headphones for each area.
