SR-250 Remote interface with Samsung TV

I have a Control 4 System with Direct TV and a Samsung television.  The SR-250 remote would turn on the television as well as the Direct TV in one command until we needed to disconnect.  Once reconnected, the television will not start when we use the SR-250 Control remote so we have to start with the Samsung remote.  Pretty sure its a setting but not having luck finding how to make the SR-250 start our Samsung television and Direct TV simultaneously.  Any suggestions?

do you know if you were using IP control or IR control?

Then your IP likely changed and wasn't static. Happy to remote in and help. Maybe even change it to sddp if possible to avoid needing a static IP
