hyfynut Posted May 9, 2019 Share Posted May 9, 2019 Don't know what's going on but yesterday at a clients house my laptop wouldn't connect to the system. C4 tech support could connect fine remotely. I came home and got on my wifi and tried connecting to my control 4 and it gave me the same message. " Cannot connect to director at..." Just so I'm clear, director shows up every time but my work laptop won't connect. Doesn't seem to matter what version of composer. C4 tech ran the security patch through team viewer. My clock on my laptop is the same as the controller. Also I can connect through sys. manager. Director is enabled. I'm stumped. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
