Amr Posted May 18, 2019 Share Posted May 18, 2019 Hello, had swapped one of the Z-wave locks with C4 Red Zigbee modules, lock identified in project but I cannot detect battery status nor lock/unlock from GUI, might be firmware, any work around or fix for this? Amr Posted May 18, 2019 Author Share Posted May 18, 2019 Okay, one perfect lock firmware is 1.08.13, the other one which have an identical C4 Zigbee module is running 1.04.16 which is less than the prerequisite of the driver to run firmware 1.05.xx or higher for full functionality, so no need to knock any C4 doors, just source a lock with the firmware and everything will be fine!
