AtlantaSteven Posted May 20, 2019 Share Posted May 20, 2019 Hi all, About once every 3-4 months, my devices (switches, dimmers, touchscreen, remote, etc.) become unresponsive. When that happens I reboot (power-cycle) the system and all is well again. Any ideas? Its about 3 years old. Has anyone else seen this? Could something be bad, old firmware, etc.? dogbeats Posted May 20, 2019 Share Posted May 20, 2019 I'm having a similar issue but it is more frequent and only the IR blasters are affected. Specifically, I had a project where a couple of HC-300s were being used as IR controls only. They were moved from the 300s to the 800 and the software was updated. Now every few days or so the IR blasters stop working. Everything else works just the IR control. After a powercycle, things start working again. Any thoughts? Dana Miller Posted June 24, 2019 Share Posted June 24, 2019 I'm having a similar issue. My C4 Doorbell stops working but everything else is chugging away. I have to get out a ladder and physically pull the power cord and reboot the controller. This happens about once a week. Any ideas on what could cause it suddenly stop working with the doorbell and how I can reboot the controller without physically pulling the power?
