JeffC
The thermostat appears to be working correctly, and it shows a current room temperature on the screen. It accepts changes from the phone app. When looking at the app, though, it isn't sending the current temperature reading to the app. I pulled the batteries and replaced them, thinking that would be a soft re-set. No change. There are two other thermostats and both are sending all data back to the app without issue. What might be the cause, or more importantly, the solution? TIA

JMINC
I’m having the same issue. Were you ever able to resolve this?
antneed
I too am having the same issue with a new Honeywell thermostat. did you ever get this solved? i called Control4 and they said it was the Honeywell API and there is not much to do other than get a different brand thermostat. What did you end of doing? BTW I’m running OS3.
PorterTX
Which particular Honeywell Thermostat? I have the Honeywell Redlink compatible version with the Cinegration driver installed and it works great in OS3.
antneed
It’s the Honeywell T6 Pro Smart Thermostat Programmable TH6220WF2006
PorterTX
ok, thanks. Unfortunately it looks like that one requires the Honeywell Home app which is not compatible with the Cingration C4 driver since it needs to use the Honeywell Total Connect Comfort platform. It is clean looking thermostat though..
