Thermostat temp not showing on app?

Recommended Posts

The thermostat appears to be working correctly, and it shows a current room temperature on the screen. It accepts changes from the phone app. When looking at the app, though, it isn't sending the current temperature reading to the app.

I pulled the batteries and replaced them, thinking that would be a soft re-set. No change.

There are two other thermostats and both are sending all data back to the app without issue.

What might be the cause, or more importantly, the solution?

TIA

Can u check the room properties and if the Room temperature is binded to your thermostat? It shouldn’t change but who knows.

I too am having the same issue with a new Honeywell thermostat.

did you ever get this solved?

i called Control4 and they said it was the Honeywell API and there is not much to do other than get a different brand thermostat.
What did you end of doing?

BTW I’m running OS3.
