Avi Drissman
But the point holds. There is no Composer HE for the Mac. You need to run the Windows version on VMWare Fusion, Parallels Desktop, VirtualBox, or some other VM solution to let you run Windows on your Mac. msgreenf
No there is not. That is mypc for air and only supports os 2. Sent from my Pixel 3 using Tapatalk
Ale Quiroga
Yes its true, composer is only .exe not air, air is only control4 mypc. Sorry Regards
Max13
The absence of proper support for Mac is borderline ridiculous. Why should I have to run Windows in parallel to get the full experience and advantages of C4? For any serious company not to offer a Mac version of all apps in 2019 is staggering. Come on C4

msgreenf
Composer is a dotnet app. So that is what cy is talking about. It's actually more about ms making dotnet run-time for Mac like they did for Linux.... Sent from my Pixel 3 using Tapatalk

Sent from my Pixel 3 using Tapatalk No it's a bout Apple not allowing the level of access required for microsoft to have the ability to do it, nor provide an alternative themselves for the fairly numerous programs that rely on it. Funny thing ... wasn't Microsof in a ton of trouble for something like that once? 9 hours ago, ekohn00 said: Or just bashing apple? Not at all. I have no animosity Apple as an overall company, and certainly not against there PCs, which are rock-solid.

I even think C4 published it themselves at one point. Where to find it is another matter at this point.
therockhr
at this point Control4 should not be working on a new Mac or Windows app. should be web based. ekohn00
