Sky Q IP from Driver Central Cloud Issues

Hi 

I have been using the Chowmain driver for about 6 months,  after a recent controller upgrade it has stopped responding to any command.

In Composer HE it's activation status is showing as follows:

Its connection status is showing as online.

Anyone know how to fix this?

yes, that is set properly.  But your Sky Q driver should have updated ot Version #20190617 – 17-JUN-2019

 

but i see your problem - your Cloud driver should be version 1015 not 1009 - and i think that is stuck on that version and requires a manual update - but like I said _ i can't connect to your project - so i really can't help you unless I can connect.
