Whenever I click Check for Updates it tells me that the Update Service is disabled. It worked for me in Virtual Director.Not that I recommend the Installshield Update service, but have you tried running it manually? To be honest at this point my IT skills are telling me to do the easy thing, and that is download the full update when it becomes available.So far I have noticed that C4 are not releasing new releases at the break-neck speed they did at the very start. It has become much more orderly (to my relief). There probably isn't a dire requirement for checking that update service on a regular basis. I think your participation in this forum will be more than enough to keep you informed of major upgrades.Sorry about the poor response. I didn't really resolve the problem did I?
