Roku Issues

Recommended Posts

I am new to C4, and I am beyond frustrated with my installer as they have been fairly unresponsive.

I have 3 Roku Ultras hardwired into a matrix setup.  I’m attempting to control my system through the C4 app on my iPhone, but I’m having limited success.  When selecting a Roku, I am able to successfully direct my system to the Roku and power on/off.  However, I can not control any functions of the Roku via the app remote.  This is the case for all 3 of my Roku Ultras.

I have no issues controlling other devices on my system with the app remote (for example Sony BluRay player), and the Rokus were not an issue until the last week.  It’s like some setting in either C4, my network or Rokus changed.

I am on version 3.0.2.5.

Can anyone help before I pull my hair out??
