Need help with changes to existing system

I live in Southern CA area and have a C4 system which consists of a HC500, connected to a 52" Sony,, Denon AVR, Denon Blue Ray, and 2 speaker points for outdoor speakers. A dealer that I bought all of the equipment from setup the initial system however, now I cannot get him to call me back for updates and new items.

I would like to update the system to latest firmware (for stability and also Rhapsody streaming music) and am also interested in teh 7" touch screen. I currently have a standard remote however it is difficult for my wife to use.

I have also left some messages on the C4 website asking for specific dealers in the aread to get in touch with me however, that has also not worked.

At this point I am not real pleased with the C4 model and dealer support.

Can anyone suggest any ideas?
