Can I make the remote stay lit longer?

Just got this product.  Trying to learn the remote but when I am sitting in a dark HT room, it takes me longer to figure out what button to use.  The remote goes dark several times before I can figure it out.  Is there a way to make it stay back lit longer?  Thanks!

your dealer can do it but you can also ask to purchase a licence for composer home edition (HE).  With it, you can do all sorts of programming including extending the button lights on the c4 remote to stay on longer.

I do not know what that means.  Is that something my dealer has to do?

ask your dealer for a license of Composer Home Edition.  It is a stripped down version of the software that your dealer uses to program the system.  You will be able to do a lot of tweaking yourself.
