Can anyone recommend good and affordable outdoor bullet lights?

Ive got a customer who does primarily landscapes, pools, outdoor kitchens etc. and they want me to start pricing their outdoor entertainment, tie into a controller so the home owner can control their pools as well. But they have also asked if I can provide the outdoor lighting as well. They currently have a guy doing so but he is charging upwards of $450 per ground mounted, aluminum bullet fixture and is asking if I can find more affordable pricing for something.

Anyone have a recommendation?

Sorry for the potential hi-jack here.. but, how do folks typically integrate outdoor landscape lighting with C4?  Just using a C4 switch?

There is no 'typical' way, as there are so many ways of doing it.

Could be DMX controlled lights, low voltage on a relay, switch or dimmer, serial controlled lighting modules, wired to panelized lighting......

Hard to say that $450 per light is too much.  Depends also on what he's supplying.  Is he digging his own trenches, putting in conduit or using direct-burial wiring, etc.?  You get the idea.

Easier answer for you is: what type of lights are included in the packages?  These range all over the place depending on style.

I use Vista Pro outdoor lights and they have some nice spot LEDs (with choices on light spread pattern) for around $150 per light and they make some of the best quality outdoor transformers.  I use to uplight trees and house and they do a great job.
