audio matrix

Hello Guys, I got a audio matrix, C4-16ZAMSV3-B, and I was told that I would not need a controller to control the matrix.  Also I was told that I could control it with the control4 app.  If I do need one will HC800 work and if not what is the recommendation?  I'm only using control4 for audio purpose and nothing else.

You need one, and an HC800 will do.

And a dealer to set it up.

Oh and I'm assuming you have amplification already?

yes, I do.  Is it possible that the  HC800 be upgrade to the new OS3 and could I use new OS3 on smart phones or tablet?

Your dealer could advise based on your set up, amount of streams needed, number of rooms being supported, etc.
