jebt2921
Had a brief power outage earlier and now our are on HEOS soundbar in living room isn’t connecting to C4. The HEOS app works fine from my iPhone to change volume, settings, etc. Checked in Composer HE and Fing and IP address appears to still be the same and the connections / setting in Composer all look correct. Could Denon have pushed an update which broke something and is anyone else having any issues? Any help would be greatly appreciated. msgreenf
Using 2 soundbars in my houses without issue. I recommend doing a discover devices on the driver. Waiting 2 minutes. Then reselecting them from the dropdown.
jebt2921
Appreciate the suggestion. I’ve done this about 10x now and still not connecting: -Run Discovery-wait 2-3 min- HEOS Network properties —> Preferred HEOS Connection 1 —> select the location (only have one HEOS in my project)-HEOS —> Player Assignment —> make sure the same location is selected -File —> Refresh Navigators Doesn’t fix the issue. jebt2921
Got it working again. Seems like when power got restored to the house the EA3 and EA1 got confused. I power cycled them both and it connected just fine.Should’ve done that earlier Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I've had the same problem every time the electricity cuts off (We unfortunately have loadshedding in South Africa) My fix is always to restart the router, restart the controller and then the HEOS soundbar - it always fixes it because it seems the soundbar gets assigned a different IP address which confuses the controller.
