I use these labels with my Brady BM21-Plus label maker:

They work great for all cables in my rack.  The labels are a bit expensive, but you find generic alternatives on Amazon for much cheaper.

thanks

I have a P touch - looking at these: https://www.brother-usa.com/products/tzefx241

What I ended up getting was tie wraps with spots for labels, like these, and I used my regular label maker to make labels.

We use similar products when second fixing jobs and sorting out all the cabling bundles at the head end, that way when we cut the cables back to the desired length we just slide the label up and do not need to relabel it.

Once all cables are fully terminated in the rack we then  use our Dymo Rhino to do proper cable wrap labels.
