T3 won’t do intercom

I have a DS2 Mini, a 10” inwall T3 and intercom anywhere. If the doorbell is pressed the 2 phones connected to the intercom anywhere app work but the touchscreen does nothing. I’ve removed it and re-added in composer but still the same thing. Everything else works on the T3 except intercom. If you try and load intercom on the T3 is just keeps spinning to no effect.

 

In composer under connections it shows the T3 as NOTREADY. How can I fix this?

Remove the communication agent refresh navigators and then add the agent back in, add the t3 into the call group. Should fix your issue.

If not I’d check your network.

Thanks for setting me on the right path. I was deleting the communications agent and then not refreshing the navigators. Anyways got it to work now and for future reference this is what I did:
1. Deleted the communication agent - refreshed navigator
2. Deleted the T3 from the project - refreshed navigator
3. Added the T3 via sddp (was doing manual before so this could’ve been the trick)
4. Added the communication agent
5. Refreshed the Navigators
