Best fix for Control4 not working

We have a control4 that isn’t working.  Original dealer says “replace control4 controller box and possibly the Panamax”.  Had second opinion who said our system wasn’t set up right (used to work) who gave a 70k quote that I got down to 39 k....most of this cost is rack labor, cooling and surge, watt box ups with ovrc, araknis networking and ruckus wireless with ovrc, control interfaces sr 260 x 4, and video dist.  We have about 6 TVs.  Does this pricing and solution seem right.

First and foremost what’s not working that used to work fine?

We get this error:

trying uninstalling the app and reinstalling.

has any one checked the that controller is connected?

does everything else work excluding the c4 app?

We have uninstalled and reloaded the app and that didn’t do it.  We will double check that it’s connected.  Everything else seems to be working
