Doorstation - Hikvision vs Doorbird

Hi

 

I would like to install a Control4 compatible door station.

So far I prefer either the:

 

Hikvision DS KD8003

Doorbird 1101V

 

Does anyone have experience with those models and Control4 integration?

The doorbird integrates fully with Control4 and will ring any t3 tough screens and the intercom anywhere app. I’ve used them quite a lot so my opinion might be biased

You’ll have to get your dealer to install the driver for you and it’s a paid one from Cinegration.

Will it work with old fixed and portable TS infinity Edge 7”?

I'm not 100% sure.

I think possibly only the audio will come through... but again i'm not sure. 

All the testing / installs i've done have been with the t3 screens. 

If i had one to hand i would have tested it for you, but right now i don't sorry
