Sleep timer for TV and AppleTv

Quick question. Looking for a way to set a sleep timer for a bedroom (or really any room I guess). Would want the ability to set a sleep timer either for a standard 90 minutes or to be able to input or select a time that would turn off a room at night. Would want to be able to do this easily with an SR260 and eventually a touchscreen if we add one to this location.

I’m assuming it would just be a room off command or at least turning off all video and audio to that room (usually won’t have light on but it’s possible we could be reading for example so a room off makes sense to include lights just in case I guess). What does everyone do for their Apple TV for room off control? Do you just have it pause? Go back to the main menu via long press? Don’t want Netflix to keep starting the next show in a series for example - I’d like to stop whatever would be streaming so it doesn’t run all night and blast through all episodes of a series for example.

Use the wake up / goodnight agent

It can be done with a timer and some programming too I guess but the agent is cooler

And the Apple TV I have them hit menu on room off is client wants it
