Amr Posted June 30, 2020 Share Posted June 30, 2020 Hi All, I have this weird issue start occurring recently, HC-800 Master director started to hang, I believe after a voluntarily reboot because of drivers update, and goes into endless loop I have to totally factory default it and restore project? What could be the issue? My dealer says its time to upgrade and I don't take these things like that I really need to know the root cause?! No real programming was done to make this endless loop to occur ... My dealer also changed the image to latest 2.10.6 to reduce the restore time for me, till we figure out what to do, I don't believe changing the image to 2.10.6 had contributed to this as well?
