iwin4ver
Hi - I've noticed that half my speakers work in every room, wen I play music via control4. I have two amps with 8 zones each. I have a control4 server, a matrix and two amps. I have had a technician come over and he's plugged his phone directly in the amps, at which point the music worked properly. That made him realize it was the matrix which splits the music. We then pulled the power plug and turned it back on. That seemed to work for a bit, but it started happening again. If we would restart those steps, the same would happen... it would work for a short period of time. Does anyone have advice?

knowitall
Is the C4 processor you’re only source? Simplest solution usually right - bad or loose patch cable?
BraydonH
If its EA3 with 3.5mm headphone jack audio out make sure the headphone is all the way plugged in. I would also try a different 3.5mm to RCA cable just to be sure Neo1738 and msgreenf
