Home Automation based upon Weather Conditions

I'm sure some of you have seen this and maybe a few of you haven't. This device is Control4 tested and certified (I remember seeing it in the labs when I went for training).

A few cool uses:

-If it is raining, the temperature is below 50F, and after 6pm, turn on the fireplace and turn off the heat in the room.

-If it is raning, close the skylights.

-If the humidity is above 75% during june-aug, turn on the AC or the de-humidifier.
