Pravin W. Posted July 16, 2020 Share Posted July 16, 2020 All, I have invested significant money into a pakedge wireless access-point over the last 4 years. They are the pakedge WK-1 access points. Recently in trying to further improve my coverage, I found that 1 of them wasn't working efficiently (i did have a wifi expert look at it) and I didn't have access to the portal because of its initial setup, so I did a factory reset to get access to it. Now I can't seem to see it to get access to it even based on pakedges directions. I prefer not to call the AV company that installed it due to 1. Cost and 2. I am not sure they are doing a good job setting it up correctly, I am at a loss since Pakedge will only talk to dealers even though I feel i can fix it myself. I am decently tech savvy but I can't seem to figure this out. Are there any pakedge forums that I can post this to because I am unable to find any help online as well. Thank you. Pravin W.
