Buckeye2491
I have a feeling an RMA will be needed but wanted to see if anyone else has ran into this problem. So we left town for the weekend and left the remote off the charger but it still had charge when we got back so used it a bit then put it on the charger. Went to go use it today and it was completely dead. Now we cannot get it to charge at all and I have tested the block to make sure it's working and tried different outlets.Has anyone ran into a bad charging base or something like this yet? We got this one just after they came out and it has had a couple of other little annoying issues so could just be a bad one out of one of those first batches but wanted to check here before our dealer comes out monday for some other work. chopedogg88
have you tried factory resetting it?
South Africa C4 user
I had a similar experience recently but think I got it going again by holding the power button down for 30 seconds and then releasing (at least it felt like 30 seconds)... prior to that I thought I had a brick. Has been working fine since (for a few weeks).
RyanE
I would also recommend the hold power down, and/or factory reset and re-do the first-time user setup. RyanE
Buckeye2491
Welp I feel like an idiot, it just needed powered on. We've never let it die so never even thought about that. Thanks guys! RyanE
