mstellner Posted August 29, 2020 Share Posted August 29, 2020 I really need help... After C drive crash I have rebuilt everything except C4 Composer HE. When trying to register I keep getting the same message regardless of version I try to install. I have literally tried 2.4, 2.5.3, 2.72, 3.X....nothing works. I do have a account code from the original install HE1.3 and an account and a local Controller HC 800. before crash I was on Composer HE2.5.3 Does anyone on this forum have any suggestions? Since you seem to know your way around ....can I get your opinion on upgrading to next level . ie. from my current 2.53 to to the latest or will that give me problems? msgreenf Posted August 29, 2020 Share Posted August 29, 2020 Hard to say without knowing your system. What controllers? What integration? If you are running 2.5.3 i am going to say hc 200/250/1000?
