JDJones Posted September 1, 2020 Share Posted September 1, 2020 Hi, I have upgraded a clients system to OS3 and can no longer communicate with the Texecom Premier alarm. I have changed the driver to the updated proxy driver, and entered the UDL code the security company gave me. I can see the alarm is online however I can not pull the Alarm information. It is an older alarm (4 years) so would the hardware need updating? we have an IP COM module installed and I have seen a different interface on newer alarms.
