Can a sub-dealer log into dealer portal?

Hello everyone,

 

A by a potential employer has given me access to learn control4 via the online courses. I had an account created for me (which I am assuming is a sub-dealer account) but for whatever reason I cannot log in to the dealer.control4.com portal, I can however access the my.control4.com portal.
Any advice?

I doubt he did a sub-dealer account, just a user/employee account under the dealer account

It's a matter of what credentials./allowances were setup under your personal account - something you'd have to take up with them.

I would assume the intend was to set you up only with access to support features (which includes some of the smaller training videos) - though for the full course, that's not even part of the dealer portal (at least not last time I checked)
