jrossman06880 Posted September 8, 2020 Share Posted September 8, 2020 All -- thanks for your help ahead of time. I have a C4 for OS 2 app integrated with my whole house speakers, and a Sonos Port. All works well for a bit, then -- after a period of time (less than a day) -- the app interface becomes non-responsive (I'm able to toggle the volume up/down on the app, but it doesn't effect the sound -- and the on/off of the particular zone mute doesn't work, though I'm able to delete the zone and have it return.) I'm able to navigate the music with Sonos at the bottom of the app screen, but not change zones, or volume to zones. When I reboot the Control4 C4-16ZAMSV3-B Audio Matrix Switch by pulling the plug -- all restores, and everything works fine. Until, several hours later -- I have the same problem. I've deleted the app and added it again, and disconnected the system and readded it. The problem remains. Any thoughts? Appreciate the help, as always, from this great forum!
