My C4-IOX-E-B (V1) stopped working after OS 3.2.3 update.

It needs a tiny version firmware update that should be picked up during the update to 3.2.3, not sure why ur is not working I have 2 x v1 and they are working fine

They are both fully supported (in fact, on a basic level your system doesn't even know the difference between the two - uses the same driver).

I have both models in my system, and they work fine.

There was indeed a small update for them in 3.2.3 (not sure it's REQUIRED to have it work in 3.2.3 as such) - note that it'll still say software version 2.9.1.xxxxx

Regardless, the software update as such shouldn't make a difference, nor does the hardware version.

For some reason my update to 3.2.3 hasn't caught it. 🤔

Is there a way to re-apply this update or fix it in some other way?

Again, this is simply done via system update - if there is ANY new version for ANY device, it'll show up in there, regardless if the main controller is on the latest version or not.
