If anybody has any ideas please respond. The cover art remains on the iPad and the T3 wall touchscreen. daveva Posted January 17, 2021 Author Share Posted January 17, 2021 I have had instances that whenever the cover art disappeared in composer it disappeared on my panels. If for some reason if the power went out in the house or I had to refresh navigators or do a reboot on my controller I will no longer have the artwork. This has happened before but I was able to run a scan get my artwork back and also get the artwork back on my panels. South Africa C4 user Posted January 18, 2021 Share Posted January 18, 2021 I often have this problem with screensaver photos... essentially Composer stops seeing the USB drive where I store the photos for some unknown reason but the Touchscreens seem to keep a cache of the photos anyway. A reboot of my rack tends to fix the problem. Not sure if your problem is the same... my problem was not there in 3.0.x or 3.1.0 or 3.1.1 or 3.1.2 but has been there from 3.1.3 onwards and was there in certain versions of 2.x also.
