I use Popcorn Hour devices now, but want to upgrade to the Shield. I use MyMovies to generate the metadata...I just want to make sure that the shield can be told to play a file at a network location. rocky350z Posted February 10, 2021 Share Posted February 10, 2021 Hi Matt, I had the Shield (the more expensive one, don't remember the name) but pulled it out and now its just sitting on a shelf. I liked the interface but ended up going to the Roku do to lip sync problems. No matter what I did through adjusting it it would work for a bit (a day or two), then have issues again.
