When I either edit an existing announcement (created by my dealer via Composer Pro) or try to add a new announcement, the "Play wav file" dropdown list is empty. And, I can't add a new .wave file. No error message, just that the dropdown stays empty. When my dealer looks at that same agent, he sees options in the dropdown. Anyone know why this would be?
