How do you rearrange Apple Tv 4K apps?

I have multiple apple tv 4k using the IR blaster driver. I am wondering is there a way to initiate the long hold to rearrange and delete apps? I cant seem to figure out how after google searching.

I can never remember which button it is.. .maybe * or # - one of the buttons should give you the move ability

I use my iPhone for anything like closing apps, moving them, etc.  haven’t found a good driver that does everything for the ATV 4K consistently. Some have some of these functions but the play/pause is not consistent so in a few apps it works as it should and in others it only works as a select button.

if you have an iPhone/iPad do some of these less needed items with that - or use the original remote.

Not optimal but it works.
