OBSERVO TECHNOLOGIES: LAUNCHING OUR FIRST PRODUCT!

END THE UNKNOWN STATE OF YOUR CLIENT’S DEVICES ONCE AND FOR ALL!

The Indicator State Sensor (ISS) helps you accurately determine the state of a monitored device based on its indicator LED/light.  This enables effective and predictable control, especially when the device lacks discrete ON and OFF Power commands (in other words, when only a Power Toggle command is available or known).

The ISS works by learning the differences (luminosity, color) between the ON and OFF states of the device’s indicator.  After you initially program the ISS, you simply connect it to your Home Automation system and update the device’s driver.  Instructions are provided for the Control4® Home Automation system.  The ISS requires one Contact Sensor port in the Home Automation system.

Although the ISS was primarily designed for power control, many other uses are also possible, such as knowing when any device is active/inactive or in a given state, for example, based on a LED on the device itself.

The package contains:

  • One Indicator State Sensor Module
  • One Sensor with a 6’ (1.8m) cable
  • One Light Shield
  • Instructions (also available on our website – have a look!)

IMPORTANT: initially, this product is only available in Canada, to authorized Control4 dealers.  We plan to expand this in the future, based on demand.

How to obtain the ISS in three simple steps:

1.     Go to our website: www.observo.ca

2.     Register using our Dealer Application tab

3.     Once approved (we’ll be quick), you will be able to login and order the ISS.
