Dueport
I must be missing something obvious here but I can't figure out how to configure the Chime to properly fire events (motion and button press) and store recordings in the cloud. I found a couple other threads related to this but they both evolved to focus on the lack of settings under HE - now with settings exposed in 3.2.2 I'm at a loss. First, under Events, I setup media thinking these settings would tell C4 to store video in the C4 history cloud: Next, I linked these events to that media: I tried switching those enabled toggles in troubleshooting but it made no difference. I then setup and enabled 3 motion zones. Then, I tried to setup a push notification with snapshot: Then I programed that push notification off motion event: Then I tested the above by creating motion in front of the doorbell. Nothing happens. I also tried ringing the doorbell - I get no notification (similar push notification programmed for button press) and no cloud recording either. I do have 4sight. I must be missing something simple here but I don't see anything on point in the documentation and I don't see any activity at all in the history - no video clips etc. Any help would be appreciated..... AK1
Second screenshot, Events column - make sure you have your events Enabled.

Appreciate you weighing in - can see how it looks that way in the screen shot but I’ve tried toggling those and testing and doesn’t seem to make a difference. Really puzzling.
