silverstar Posted June 7, 2021 Share Posted June 7, 2021 Has anyone encountered or know how to solve a "ip: Not available" followed by a blue screen issue on a Model C4-TSWMC7 touch screen? I removed the panel and put it back but it’s not picking up an ip on 10.0.1.xxx. Also power cycled the system. The internet works fine and I'm running OS2 (OS3 upgrade is not an option). Once power came back on my Infinity TS was showing the same as your photos. I too followed the same protocols of recycling power to the TS, Controller and Modem with no results. Thanks Reflash it with Image Updater program and re-add to ur project afterwards. If it’s not working u need to get one on eBay it’s dirt cheap nowadays!
