Updated user/password on my Apple TV unit, now Control4 remote no longer works

Ever since Control4 rolled out the Apple TV integration option in the settings of the Control4 app, navigating the Apple TV using the Control4 app has been much easier. One way to check and see if your Apple TV has been setup like this is by opening the Apple Home app and look for a Control4 remote being listed somewhere. My dealer set all my Apple TVs up using IR and the 3rd Gen driver years ago claiming it was more stable, but I had to notify them about the Apple TV integration in the Control4 app settings. Ever since this was setup, all 4 of my Apple TVs have been working great. I imagine a large number of Control4 users have Apple TVs for Control4 to add this Apple TV integration into their own app.

Yep, my colleague did this with 3 recently visited clients. The had to go back to remove it again.

With the AppleTV driver, it's doable if the user is pretty hands on, but even then it's more annoying than what the driver brings to the table - the only advantage is ever so slightly snappier control, which most won't even notice. Until there's direct app selection, I'll continue to use IR control and recommend it.

Does any here know where I can get Jesse's AppleTV IR driver?

Jesse generally uploads it to the Control4 Professionals Group on Facebook:  https://www.facebook.com/groups/control4programming/files (which I think is only available to installers). The file is: Apple_TV_V4_EA.c4z

You'll need an installer to install it though regardless
