Olliedog
Hi, The C4 app will not display video history . It was working fine until a couple days ago. The message I receive is - No history for selected filters. As far as I know, I have not changed the filters. It’s possible I did accidentally. Has anyone else had this issue? Is there a step-by-step manual that explains the app? Any help would be appreciated. Thank you!
dinom
I had this issue last month. Rebooting my controller fixed it. Olliedog
Olliedog
Thank you for your help! I’m not sure how to reboot my controller. Do I simply unplug it and plug it back in? I’m sorry that I sound stupid, but we usually have a tech come out and fix problems, or they do it remotely. Today they rebooted the camera remotely, and it still won’t work. They said I must have the wrong filters set on the app.

tdougray
I have encountered this problem every time I have a power cut. Rebooting the controller once the system is back up fixes the problem every time also. Would love to know why? Olliedog
