Water temperature reader

Hi:

Can anyone suggest a good water temperature reader that works with C4?  Ideally it would have a sensor that can be placed on the outside of a hot water pipe.

My dealer used a card access unit with a remote sensor for this and it has worked perfectly for 7 years.  No idea if this is stairs available now though.

replacement unit by C4 can do the same thing - be it z2io or the battery powered contact sensor

Thank you for the replies.  I understand C4 acquired the card access product line in 2014.  And not sure how the Contact Sensor could read the hot water temperature.  I think it only has an internal thermostat, as if to read ambient temperature.  Am I missing something?

Card access unit and now the Z2IO allow for a remote thermostat to be plugged in

Yes, the z2io and the battery powered contact sensor from C4 (which is really just the Card Access one in a black box vs a white one) both have a location to wire an external thermistor (not a thermostat )
