Buffalo Mike Posted September 16, 2021 Share Posted September 16, 2021 Software was just updated by C4. I lost outdoor temperature on 2 of 4 control panels. The screen shows —f. Clarify WHERE you see this - is this the screensaver? If so, dealer may need to force the screensaver settings via composer to all screens once, and you should be fine after that (including changes) - I've seen this before after updates (not often mind you) Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

So Temp on thermostats is OK? Only Screensavers is the issue? @Cyknight solution should fix this. The touch screen team is investigating this issue now, and once they have located the root cause we'll get a fix out. I've been told that having your dealer set the screen saver settings through composer fixes things for some reason, but I haven't been able to reproduce the issue myself to verify. I've passed this on on a client system that I found it on, but I suspect it may have gotten buried in the call as I was dealing with another rather mysterious issue that took quite some involvement to determine/fix...
